As part of my campaign for the seat of Oxley, I recently visited Kempsey District Hospital. This visit reinforced my belief that healthcare should be a top priority for our community. I believe that we should be taking care of all employees in the healthcare system, from nurses to paramedics to doctors, by providing them with fair pay and good working conditions. Additionally, we need to work to attract more doctors to the electorate of Oxley in order to improve access to healthcare for residents. Furthermore, I believe that we should be upgrading our healthcare facilities by incorporating renewable energy sources such as solar energy and rainwater capture systems. This will not only improve the sustainability of our healthcare system but also make the facilities more efficient and cost-effective.
